• Wind/Airflow: Any devices that create air circulation (AC, fans, air purifiers) must be turned off until surface drying is complete
• Condensation: Application is impossible if condensation is present on the glass

• This warranty is a workmanship warranty provided by the contractor who carried out the application, not the material supplier (Sketch)
• If natural deterioration such as peeling, clouding (hazing), or yellowing occurs within 10 years after application, the defective section will be removed and reapplied free of charge

The warranty does not apply to the following cases:

• Damage caused by the customer's own fault or using prohibited cleaning products
• Damage or peeling due to natural disasters
• Application over an existing window film, or if a new film is applied after the coating
• Exterior applications
• Damage caused by stickers, decals, or strong adhesives applied to the coated surface
• Glass replacement or reapplication due to thermal cracking (Wired glass is particularly susceptible)
• The warranty does not guarantee the heat-shielding or thermal-insulation performance
